The mission of Alliance Apartments is to provide single adults safe, recovery-focused affordable housing in combination with support services that will facilitate housing stabilization, an increase in skills and income, and an increase in health and wellness.

Central Avenue Apartments serves homeless, economically disadvantaged single men and women living with a disability. The complex consists of studio (efficiency) apartments, a community room, computer lab, tenant lounge, exercise room, and staff offices. Central Avenue includes access to laundry facilities and courtyards. It is situated on the bus line and is near several community human service agencies, hospitals, schools and other community resources.

Support services at Central Avenue include a 24-hour staffed front desk, individual case management, peer groups, and onsite recovery groups.

The mission of Central Avenue is to provide singles safe, recovery-focused, affordable housing in combination with support services that will facilitate housing stabilization, an increase in skills and income, and an increase in health and wellness.

Dillon Apartments

Dillon Apartments offers recovery-focused, supportive, permanent housing community for single adults.

Dillon is situated on bus lines and provides easy access to community resources, clinics and services. The Dillon buildings include a mix of 1 bedroom and efficiency units, a community room, a laundry facility, a computer resource room for adults, and staff offices.

Dillon serves homeless and long-term homeless, economically disadvantaged single adults who experience a disability. Dillon offers preference to adults who are eligible for the Housing Supports program. Support services include case management, life skills services, and onsite support groups and social activities.

The mission of Dillon is to provide single adults safe, recovery-focused, affordable housing in combination with support services that will facilitate housing stabilization, an increase in skills and income, and an increase in health and wellness.

Emanuel

Emanuel Housing

Emanuel Housing offers recovery-focused, supportive, permanent, singles housing program.

Emanuel is situated on the light rail, bus routes, and is near several community human service agencies, hospitals, schools, and other community resources. Emanuel consists of studio (efficiency) apartments and one-bedroom apartments. Emanuel has a tenant lounge area, an exercise room, an enclosed courtyard, walking trail and staff offices.

The building also includes access to laundry facilities and a community room. A computer resource lab and meeting room are available for tenants.

Emanuel Housing serves economically disadvantaged single men and women. The program includes specialized housing that serves homeless veterans through the VASH Program, Housing-Supports eligible homeless disabled adults, Chronically Homeless Disabled (CHD) adults through the Shelter + Care Program, Affordable units, and project-based Section 8 subsidized units. Support services at Emanuel include a 24-hour staffed front desk, case management, peer groups, onsite recovery groups, and part-time onsite employment services.

Emanuel is a pet-friendly building. Tenants who wish to own a pet must comply with the Emanuel Apartments lease requirements for ownership.
