Jackson Street Village
24 Apartments - Two, Three, & Four Bedrooms
Jackson Street Village offers supportive, permanent, family housing.
Jackson Street Village is a multi-unit project with 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartments subsidized by Project Based Section 8. Jackson Street Village includes a community building with a computer lab, tenant lounge, playground, and staff offices. All units include laundry machines.
Jackson Street Village serves homeless and long-term homeless, economically disadvantaged families who experience a disability. Support services at Jackson Street include case management and life skills services. Support services are provided by the Wilder Foundation.
The mission of Jackson Street Village is to provide families safe and affordable housing in combination with support services that will facilitate family stabilization, increase in skills and income, increase in health and wellness, and overall housing stabilization. The entire family is engaged in the program goals and services.

Portland Village
24 Apartments - Two, Three, & Four Bedrooms
Portland Village offers recovery-focused, supportive, permanent, multi-family housing community.
Portland Village is situated on bus lines, near several community human services agencies, hospitals, schools, and other community resources. Portland Village consists of three apartment buildings and a central administrative building, which houses a PICA/HeadStart daycare program, staff offices, and a large family activity room. Portland Village is a multi-unit project with 24 total units comprised of 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom apartments. Each building includes access to laundry facilities, storage area, and community room. A computer resource lab is also available for tenants.

Support services at Portland Village include family-centered case management, life skills services, tenant-driven activities and council, and access to employment services.
