    • Eligibility requirements: Felony Friendly but Must Pass a Criminal Background Check. Credit Reports and Eviction history will NOT be required or considered in the screening process
  • Affordable apartments
    These efficiency units start at $650 + utilities and include:
    • NO Application Fee and ONLY a $500 Security Deposit
    • Eligibility requirements: Must have Verified Monthly Income of at least 1.5X Rent ($1,300 minimum), provide a Social Security Card and Government Issued Identification, meet income and asset restrictions 50% AMI (approximately $41,000 annual income), must meet student status restriction (cannot be a full-time student without meeting an exception), and must pass a criminal background check. Credit Reports and Eviction history will NOT be required or considered in the screening process.
  • Housing Supports program apartments
    Amber Apartments has 22 Permanent Supportive Housing units subsidized through the Housing Supports program. These efficiency units include:
    • Case Management Services
    • Lower rents based on tenant income
    • Private units (including private bathroom and kitchen)
    • Partial unit furnishings (units come with a full-size bed, a bedside table, and a larger table and two chairs)
    • Potential Transfer Opportunities through the Housing Supports community network
    • Eligibility requirements:
      • Income no greater than 30% AMI ($26,100 annually)
      • Must meet long term homeless definition
      • Must have a verifiable disability of some kind (mental illness, physical disability, chemical dependency)
