Seventh Landing offers recovery-focused, supportive, permanent youth housing.

Seventh Landing consists of studio (efficiency) apartments, a community meeting room, and staff offices. Seventh Landing includes access to laundry facilities and a community room. A computer resource lab is also available for tenants. Seventh Landing is situated on bus lines, near several community human service agencies, hospitals, schools, and other community resources.

Seventh Landing serves homeless, economically disadvantaged single men and women who experience a disability. Preference is given to adults who have had significant (6 months +) experience in out-of-home placement as a youth and who have not lived independently before. Support services include case management, life skills, and access to employment services.

The mission of Seventh Landing is to provide singles safe, recovery-focused, affordable housing in combination with support services that will facilitate the transition to adult independent living, an increase in skills and income, an increase in health and wellness, and overall housing stabilization.

Lindquist Apartments offers supportive, permanent, singles housing.

Lindquist Apartments are situated on bus lines, near several community human service agencies, hospitals, schools, and other community resources. Lindquist Apartments consists of 24 studio (efficiency) apartments subsidized by project based Section 8, and 2 one-bedroom units designed for Housing Supports program applicants. Lindquist Apartments is housed on the top two floors of the RS EDEN Administrative Building. It also includes a community room, computer lab, tenant lounge, and staff offices. Lindquist includes access to laundry facilities and a courtyard.

Lindquist serves homeless and long-term homeless, economically disadvantaged single individuals who experience a disability. Support services at Lindquist include a 24-hour front desk, case management, and life skills services. Support services are provided by The Link.
